Ordering & Privacy
Ordering
Any product you wish to purchase, just click on the ‘add to basket’ button after selecting the colour, size and quantity etc. You are then taken to ‘your basket’ where you can change the quantity or remove products from your basket after pressing the refresh button. You can stop the ordering process at any time.
Once you have added all of your items to your basket, click ‘checkout’ to proceed, where you will be asked to enter your details. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed (your details will be encrypted to keep them secure).
Once the transaction is successful you will be sent an email confirming your order has been received. You will then receive a second email once the goods have been shipped.
Payment from your card is taken at the time your order is received. In the event that I cannot supply the products, I will inform you of this as soon as possible and provide a refund.
Whilst I try to ensure that all prices on my website are accurate, errors may be made. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered, I will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT
Commissions or specials
Please e-mail your order, listing the items, sizes, quantities with your name, address and telephone number. I will e-mail you back confirming availability, cost, post or courier charges and expected shipping date. Alternatively just give me a call.
Once the price has been confirmed, I will need to take payment in FULL over the internet.

Delivery
All my products are personally hand made, and due to demand and materials, I may not be able to ship immediately. I aim to be able to send products within 14 days, but this may take longer. If there is a delay I will inform you. Mainland UK postage is via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, depending upon weight or value of goods. Postage is charged at cost.

Privacy
Sundance Leather will only use your details for the fulfillment of your order. I will not pass your details on to any third party, send you advertising or use them for any other purpose.
Returns
Non-customised goods may be returned within one month of receipt for any reason, providing they are in 'as new' condition. Return carriage will only be reimbursed where goods are proven to be faulty.
Goods that are customised, or made to individual sizing requirements are non returnable for exchange or refund unless deemed to be faulty.
Where possible, goods should be returned in the original packaging and it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage & insure the goods where necessary.
Colours
My suppliers source the best leathers from different tanneries, and leather being a natural product, there may be some slight variation from the colours shown on this website. Please contact me if this is a concern.
